Like it or not, Christmas is only weeks away and we might as well get some holiday spirit moving in our veins. What better way to welcome the holiday season than with things that remind us of a white Christmas? In this tutorial from cleverly inspired, you will learn how to make beautiful DIY Christmas Epsom Salt Wine Bottles that make them appear to be covered in snow!

It never ceases to amaze me what gorgeous things we can craft with an ordinary household item like Epsom Salts, and these bottles are just one amazing craft product you can create with it.  These are really pretty and will look great as a table centerpiece or sparkling atop a fireplace mantel.

What you will need:

  • 3 wine bottles assorted heights
  • primer
  • white spray paint
  • epsom salt
  • craft adhesive spray

Instructions:

  • Prime the bottles
  • Paint the bottles white and allow to dry
  • Spray bottles with adhesive
  • Roll Bottles in Epsom Salt

  1. I don’t know for sure but maybe some food coloring, green and blue added to some of the epsom salt could add a little color, white red & green!

    • Yes that would work though I personally would try coloring the glue versus the salt so that the salt is not soggy or won’t roll well. If you do color the salt.. allow it to dry a bit before using and it should work fine 🙂
