I Love These! I Can Smell The Beach Already!

You may have noticed by now that I LOVE Mason Jar craft projects. Who doesn’t right?! So as I was perusing my favorite craft sites, I came across a project at ‘It All Started With Paint’ for making Fishnet Mason Jars that I had never seen before and I fell in love with the beachy feel these wrapped mason jars exuded.

In this tutorial Linda covers the fishnet wrapping but before you can do that, you will need to paint your jars and you can get that tutorial on my craft page here: Translucent Colored Mason Jars.

Once you have painted your mason jars the color you want, and allowed them to dry, it is time to begin wrapping your Fishnet Mason Jars with twine. I’ve included a photo tutorial below and a link to see the original tutorial with step by step instructions.

1. Cut 10 lengths of twine 32″ long. Fold in half and create loop over length that will tie around the top of the jar.  |  2. Take two lengths of the folded twin and feed through loop.  |  3. Pull tight into a knot.  |  4. Repeat for all 10 lengths. (as shown below)
