When I was little I always wanted a Lava Lamp in my room but my parents never let me because they thought they were dangerous. They were worried we would get burned if they tipped over and broke as hot oil splashed everywhere.
In this Tutorial from Juggling With Kids, I will share a much safer, Bubbly DIY Lava Lamp for kids that they can make themselves with your supervision that does not require heat or even electricity. Lava Lamps look great in any room and the kids will have as much fun making them as the kids in the photos below. This project is cheap and simple enough to throw away when the fun wears off and bring out again on a day when the kids are bored or it’s raining outside and there’s nothing else to do.
