Eggs are made in so many ways and used in tons of recipes. I thought I had seen every way possible to make eggs, until NOW! This is a super simple kitchen hack for making a DIY Omelette In A Bag! Wait.. WHAT?? Yes you heard that right, I said IN A BAG!! Everyone loves omelettes and this technique is especially handy if your busy doing other things, or out camping and can’t properly prepare an omelette.
To make an Omelette in a bag, all you need to do is add your eggs to a ziplock bag, let as much air out of the bag as possible and zip it up. Now squish the bagged eggs with your hands. (or beat them beforehand).
Then add any other ingredients you choose such as cheese, mushrooms, onions etc. If you like salsa in your omelettes now is the time to add 1 tablespoon of it to the bag. Once again let the air out and zip it up and use your hands to mix all the ingredients together until everything is mixed.
Now boil the bag for 13 minutes and when it is done, roll the omelette out of the bag and onto the plate for a tasty breakfast with little cleanup and ENJOY!
