Tutorial Shows You How To Make Snowy Glitter Owl Ornaments Out Of Toilet Paper Rolls!

In this tutorial from ‘Pams party & practical tips’ you will learn how to make Snowy Glitter Owl Ornaments out of toilet paper rolls. Yes you heard right! I’ve shared other craft projects that utilize toilet paper rolls in the past, but these have to be the cutest of them all.

These glitter owl ornaments are made to hang on your christmas tree, and when the tree is lit, I love how the lights glisten on these glittery owls. These are super easy to make too!

What you will need:

  • toilet paper rolls
  • white spray paint or craft paint
  • white cardstock
  • glitter cardstock
  • hole punch or scissors
  • yellow cardstock for the beak
  • hot glue gun and sticks
  • gold or white pipe cleaners to hang
  • white feathers (optional)
