You Can Make Glow In The Dark Halloween Ghosts In 5 Minutes Flat!

glow in the dark halloween ghosts

This is a craft project for making Glow In The Dark Halloween Ghosts that I found on ‘Domestic Fits’ by Jackie Dodd that are adorable and are made to hang either outside on the porch or hanging from tree branches. These are really easy to make with few materials needed. These look really cool if you make several of them and hang them in clusters for a more dramatic effect.

These cute little ghosts look awesome at night and your little trick or treat halloween guests will love them. You can use different color glow sticks for a colorful halloween display. You can literally make these 5 minutes before it gets dark, they are that fast and easy to make.

What you will need:

1 large clear plastic christmas ornament

1-3 small glow sticks for each ghost (needs to fit inside the ornament)

Round black felt stickers, or black felt cut into circles

6 or more feet of cheesecloth (cut into 2ft or longer strips)

Instructions:

Remove the top of the ornament and place the glow sticks inside (wait till dark to crack the light sticks) then put the ornament top back on

Add the felt sticker circles or cut them from felt and glue them on the ornament for eyes.

Drape the cheesecloth over the ornament pushing the top through the cheesecloth.glow in the dark halloween ghosts

That’s all there is too it. Now just hang them using fishing line or twine from the ornament top and when its dark on Halloween night, crack the glow sticks and your adorably spooky glow in the dark halloween ghosts will last for hours.
