This Halloween Monster Wreath Is So Stinking Cute I Just HAD To Share It!

I know tomorrow is Halloween, but I couldn’t let the holiday go by without one last craft project because this Halloween Monster Wreath from ‘Baby Rabies” is so stinking cute that I just HAD to share it! This wreath is made with Tulle, the same material most tutu’s are made with. This is easier to make than it looks and even if you don’t use this till next year, it’s a great one to save for sure.

What you will need:

1 styrofoam wreath (mine was 14″)
2 styrofoam balls (size of your choice, depending on how big you want the eyeballs)
100 yards of tulle on a spool (I grossly overestimated how much of this I’d need and bought 200 yards/2 spools)
black paint and paint brush
1 sheet of white foam
scrap fabric and ribbon for a bow-tie
hot glue gun
2 toothpicks
