Welcome to PAGE TWO of How To Make Decorative Holiday Mason Jars.
The good news is that this projects does not require any craft paint! What it does require is a good bit of patience to allow the jars to dry completely. Don’t try to bake these to dry them faster, or they will have little bubbles in them so air drying is recommended.
It is also not recommended that you use a brush to apply the color which is made with mod podge and food coloring as it will leave streaks in your jars.
After you color them and they have dried completely you can also decorate them with puffy paint and a few gems for a dazzling result.
What you will need:
- mason jars
- mod podge (or make your own 2 ingredient modge podge)
- food coloring or gel
- (optional) puffy paint
- (optional) stick on gems or gems you glue on
