  1. A slice of bread also works well with keeping cookies moist.

    For Cupcake fun, use ice cream cones instead of the cups.

    After baking a ham, drain the drippings into a jar and place
    in the fridge. When the fat hardens, scoop it off of the top, put
    the drippings into ice trays and freeze. You can use these to
    season your foods.

    As you are mixing your dry ingredients, and your recipe calls
    for melted butter, place the butter in the dish you are going
    to use, as you PREHEAT YOUR OVEN.
    Be sure to keep an eye on it so it won’t scorch.
    You won’t need to use spray to moisten your dish.

    If you plan on cooking something that requires an hour or
    more to bake, preheating isn’t necessary.
