Welcome to PAGE TWO of the DIY Q-Tip Lamb Note Holder Tutorial.
These note holders make great gifts and Easter decorations. Another great idea is to make one for each child in your home so they can each look for any notes you may have left for them.
Now that you have your supply list in hand, it is time to learn how to make this project. Directions are provided below.
Instructions:
Using your white stock paper, begin by drawing a big oval (for body of the lamb) and a small oval (for the head of the lamb).
Use your scissors and cut the oval shapes.
Now cut the tops off some q-tips leaving part of the stick for gluing on the body and for the tips you’ll be using for the head, cut those sticks much shorter as shown in the photo above.
Next, glue the q-tips you’ve cut onto the body of the lamb starting at the rear end and working towards the head.
The lamb’s hair will require 3 q-tip tops and 2 for the ears,
Using your markers, draw the eyes, nose and mouth.
Use your ribbon to make bows and glue the ribbon on the lamb’s head or around the neck for boy lambs.
Grab your clothespins and glue them to the back of the body so the lamb can stand up.
That’s all there is to it!
