Santa Bread Recipe:

3 and 1/2 to 4 cups bread flour, spooned and leveled
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup (half stick) butter, cubed
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons yeast
2 eggs
2 raisins
2 egg yolks, separated in 2 bowls
lots of red food coloring (or beet juice if you don’t want to use food coloring)
