I have always had a love for all things stained glass, and I came across a craft project that I was in awe of by a talented crafter from a ‘piece of rainbow’ that was truly a work of crafting art. Her idea was birthed from her love of The Rose Window at Notre Dame, a magical geometry of shapes, light, color and majesty.
Her inspiration for this amazing piece came to her just as she and her husband were about to throw away a glass patio table and from there, the rest is history. She modeled her stained glass wall light creation from the famous Rose Window of Notre Dame. Below is a bit of a journey through her creation and one you can create too.
On the next page, you can see the process and lots of photos to see how this beautiful wall light was created.
Materials Needed To Make This:
- stained glass,
- glass wafers,
- glass cutters,
- sanded grout,
- LED light strip
This is the 42″ table she made into a gorgeous stained glass wall light!
