I’ve seen this type of bowl on Pinterest and decided to see how these are made so I could share another awesome Fall craft project with you. In this ‘Hello Lucky’ tutorial you will learn how to make an Autumn DIY Leaf Bowl. You can make these with both real leaves you collect and dry yourself or you can use artificial fall leaves that you get in garlands at craft and hobby shops. If you opt for using artificial leaves, try to find thin paper like leaves as these will mold better than the thicker type.
Maple Leaves are a wonderful medium to use for this project as they are quite colorful in shades of red, orange and yellow and are quite common to use in craft projects this time of year. But you can use any type of leaves you want in fall colors.
What you will need:
- Artificial leaf garland (or dried natural leaves)
- Mod Podge Matte Finish
