11. Carrot Rice Ball Jack O’ Lantern Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups medium or short grain rice
  • 2 cups carrot juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • A handful of black olives, for garnish
  • A few green bean tips, for garnish

12. Crescent Mummy Dogs

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ crescent rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ Crescent Dough Sheet
  • 2 1/2 slices American cheese, quartered (2.5 oz)
  • 10 large hot dogs
  • Cooking spray
  • Mustard or ketchup, if desired

(Note) you can use candy eyes instead of ketchup or mustard for a more realistic look)

13. Oreo Bat Truffles

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate
  • edible candy eyes
  • mini chocolate chips
  • wax paper
  • a Ziploc bag

14. Frankenstein Rice Krispies Treats

  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 7 cups Rice Krispies
  • green food coloring
  • candy eyes
  • green mini-marshmallows for the ears
  • melting chocolate {I used about half a bag}
  • paper straws {optional}
